Pukar is a highly skilled and dedicated Transportation Planner/Analyst with a strong passion for optimizing transportation systems and creating sustainable urban environments. With a proficient command of software tools such as ArcGIS, Synchro/SimTraffic, and programming languages like R and Python, he possesses a deep interest in transportation data analytics, traffic modeling, and data visualization. 

Having recently completed a master’s degree in city & Metropolitan Planning, Pukar specializes in land use, transportation, and smart growth, leveraging GIS and geospatial data analytics to shape sustainable and connected communities. He has successfully collaborated with stakeholders to develop innovative parking management strategies, as well as traffic safety and equity analyses in Salt Lake County. He also has valuable experience as an architect, contributing to various projects involving masterplans, the preservation of historic buildings, and envisioning smart city initiatives.
