Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Madison, WI and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, WI
Mary has achieved certifications in several assessment instruments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Human Synergistics and DDI 360 feedback instruments, Gallup/Clifton Strengthfinders and EQ 2.0. Mary has successfully used these instruments in working with both individuals and teams to achieve understanding and productive work relationships.

· Performance Management processes and technologies
· Learning team management, development and delivery of training and Learning Management System (LMS) administration and optimization
· Organizational Development activities such as team intervention, individual coaching, meeting design and facilitation, use of personality and other assessments to promote understanding and improved performance
· Development and execution of change management plans including training, communication and leadership/sponsor development for organization-wide change initiatives including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and other projects driving high employee impact
· Partnership with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) personnel to implement and optimize HRIS systems to support a host of Human Resources processes
· A Coaching Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure optimal use of professional coaching resources and relationships
· Partnership with Human Resources leaders and business partners to optimize individual and team cohesion and performance
