
Devesh Doobay
Devesh Doobay serves as Senior Associate and Manager for Business Development in the Southeast. In addition to his leadership role, he often oversees individual projects in a project handler role. He has over 19 years of Urban Planning experience relating to NEPA Planning, transit and transportation planning, comprehensive transportation planning, land use and zoning regulations and transit programs. His combined specialties in transportation and environmental planning and project management leave clients empowered to make and defend transportation investment strategies that make economic and business sense.

Projects
Henry County Transportaion Plan Update: As the Project Manager leading the team of transportation engineers and planners, Devesh and team all components of the henry County updated CTP in modeling, freight study, data gathering and assumpationa and conclusions for the core of the transportation study.
MARTA General Planning Contract (GPC): Senior Project Manager for 3 task orders of the overall contract; TOD, Beltline Southwest, and Streetcar West. Assisted on all other projects within the MORE MARTA program.
Riverdale Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update: Devesh Doobay as the Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Riverdale worked with the Atlanta Regional Commision (ARC) to update the City’s Comprehensive Transportation Plan. Performing and coordinating public outreach, community meetings, and economic development efforts.
Highline and Hudson Yards: As a project manager, Devesh conducted NEPA analysis and stringent environmental testing on several development sites with the boundaries of these two mega projects.
